Before you book, the honest answers

Check-in times, tourist tax, pets, parking: what guests ask us most, answered without small print.

Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. In most homes entry is self-service: you receive the code shortly before arrival, with no waiting and no one to meet. If you need a different time just ask: where the cleaning schedule allows, we try to accommodate you.

Because Italian law requires it: every accommodation must register all guests’ ID documents and report them to the police. Before arrival you receive a secure link to upload your ID: it takes a couple of minutes and makes check-in smooth.

In the municipality of Lecce it is €2.50 per person per night from 1 April to 31 October and €1.50 from 1 November to 31 March, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children under 12 are exempt. If you book on Airbnb, Airbnb calculates and collects it as part of your payment; if you book on Booking you settle it with us during your stay.

We do not ask for advance deposits: we never place a hold on your card before the stay. On some properties the booking platform states a damage deposit, which is only claimed if there is actual damage. Beyond that, we only ask you to treat the home as you would treat your own.

It depends on the property: some homes accept pets on request with a supplement shown on the property page, others do not. Message us before booking with the size and type of pet and we will tell you right away which homes are available and what it costs.

Amenities vary from home to home. On each property page you find the full list of what is included and, where relevant, what is not: we would rather tell you before than after. If a detail matters to you, ask us and we will give you a precise answer.

Several of our homes in San Cataldo have private or free on-site parking. It does not apply to all of them: you will find the exact information on the page of the property you are interested in.

Us, directly on WhatsApp. There is no call centre: message the number you receive with your arrival instructions and you will be answered by the people who actually manage the home. For emergencies we have trusted local technicians nearby.
