Airbnb and Booking.com cover guest damages. You risk nothing.
Up to 3 million euros in damage coverage
Every listing on Airbnb is automatically covered by AirCover, at no extra cost. If guests cause damage, Airbnb reimburses the owner up to 3 million euros for property and belongings. It also includes liability coverage. Zero paperwork: claims are filed directly through the platform within 14 days of checkout.
Security deposit and integrated protection
On Booking.com, owners can activate a security deposit charged to the guest at booking. In case of damage, the platform handles the withholding directly. Booking.com also offers guest verification tools and dedicated support for dispute resolution.
