Dimora MareVento is a bright, spacious first-floor apartment on Via Palinuro 14 in San Cataldo. Four minutes' walk from the sea, with a private parking space right in front of the house and two outdoor spaces all to yourself. Located in the last house of a small row of residences: no neighbour on one side, more privacy, more quiet. From the private external staircase you reach a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms each with independent air conditioning, a full bathroom and a hallway. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double sofa bed. Four sleeping spots in total, comfortable, each in its own room. Outside you have a large terrace at the front, perfect for meals al fresco, and a back balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the complex. San Cataldo is the seaside district of Lecce. Four minutes' walk and you're on the beach. Lecce historic centre is 12 km away, 20 minutes by car. Brindisi airport 50 minutes, Lecce station 20 minutes or S16 bus. Self check-in via lockbox between the mailboxes: we send the code the morning of arrival.
