San Cataldo is where the locals of Lecce go to the beach. No resorts, no crowds. Just real beach, pine forest and salty air. From the balcony you can see the sea beyond the woods. The terrace is large, with a separate dining and lounge area. It gets sun all day long. The beach is a 4-minute walk away. The house is all yours. Independent entrance, private parking with electric gate for two cars. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and TV. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The house is on the upper floor, accessed via external stairs.
