Vacation Rental Management in Lecce: how we work
Domus Partner manages vacation rentals in Lecce, San Cataldo and Torre Chianca. We are not an agency with a call centre: whoever replies knows the houses.
We handle the full cycle: check-in and check-out, cleaning, maintenance, Airbnb and Booking listings, pricing, guest communication and compliance (CIN, tourist tax).
What we do
OTA management: Airbnb and Booking
We build and maintain your Airbnb and Booking listings, with dynamic pricing updated according to demand, seasonality and local events. One calendar, no overbooking.
Cleaning and maintenance
Professional cleaning between stays, linen change, property checks and routine maintenance handled by our trusted suppliers in Lecce.
Check-in, check-out and guest communication
We take care of arrivals, departures and guest support throughout the stay. The owner never answers a message: we handle everything.
Compliance: CIN, Alloggiati Web, tourist tax
Since 2025 every tourist rental must have a CIN, shown in all listings and displayed outside the property: we request it and add it to your Airbnb and Booking listings. We also handle Alloggiati Web guest reporting and the collection and payment of the tourist tax.
Damage protection
Airbnb bookings are covered by AirCover, Booking bookings by the platform protection with a configurable deposit. On top of that a dedicated liability policy is available: details are on the owners page.

Where we manage
We do not cover the whole of Salento: we work where we can be there within half an hour, because check-in, cleaning and a broken boiler are only solved in person.
Lecce, old town
Liborio Suite, in via Liborio Romano: a flat a short walk from the centre, where everything is done on foot. Here demand runs all year, not only in summer.
San Cataldo, the sea of Lecce
Three homes on the same street, a 4-minute walk from the beach and 12 km from Lecce: Salapia House, San Cataldo Holidays and Dimora MareVento. A long season, from April to October.
Torre Chianca
Villa Idume, a villa with a garden 10 km from Lecce, being prepared. An area of homes with outdoor space, where maintenance between stays is what counts.
